Attendant Care
As of September 1, 2010 the standard limit for non-catastrophic injuries is $ 36,000 and for catastrophic injuries the limit is $ 1,000,000. It will now be possible to purchase as an additional coverage a limit of $72,000 for non-catastrophic injuries and 2,000,000 for catastrophic.

Expenses for attendant for “personal care” or
care from long term care or chronic care facility

No attendant care is
available for injuries that fall within the minor injury guidelines.

Limits are $3,000 per
month for non catastrophic injuries and $6,000 per month for
catastrophic injuries
